Agreement to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Muhammad Asim Butt, a sole proprietor trading as Findelle.ai ("Findelle", "we", "us"), 31C, Block C, Abdalians Cooperative Housing Society, Lahore, Pakistan. They govern your use of Findelle’s website and products (Monitor and Reputation), operated at findelle.ai. By creating an account, running a scan, or otherwise using Findelle, you agree to these terms. If you’re using Findelle on behalf of a business, you’re confirming you have the authority to accept these terms for that business.

What Findelle does

Findelle checks how AI platforms — currently ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity, plus Google AI Overviews — talk about your business, and gives you a score, citation history, and recommended fixes. Monitor and Reputation are separate products and separate monthly subscriptions; you can use either on its own or both together.

The free scan available on the homepage doesn’t require signup. Ongoing tracking, scheduled rechecks, and the full dashboard require an account, and some features require a paid plan.

Accounts

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Sample data and illustrative figures

Some figures shown on our marketing pages (for example, sample scores and sample AI answers) are illustrative examples, not real customer data. These are clearly labelled as "Sample" wherever they appear. Your actual dashboard shows your real scan results only.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle’s Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) govern the purchase itself — payment, sales tax/VAT, invoices, and refunds. Prices are shown before you pay; any applicable tax is calculated and added by Paddle at checkout.

Subscriptions, trials, and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically every month, billed in advance, with no long-term contract. Some plans include a 7-day free trial, one per account per product; you add a payment method to start the trial but aren’t charged during it. When the trial ends, your plan converts to a paid monthly subscription and your payment method is charged, unless you cancel before the trial ends.

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard, from the Paddle customer portal linked on your receipts, or by emailing us — there’s no notice period and no retention call. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Credit packs and the done-for-you setup service are one-time purchases. Credits expire 6 months after purchase.

We may change plan pricing or features going forward. If we do, we’ll give existing subscribers reasonable notice before the change applies to their next billing cycle.

Refunds

You can request a full refund of any payment within 30 days of the charge. Refunds are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record — see our Refund Policy at findelle.ai/refund for how to request one.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Findelle only for lawful purposes, and only to check on businesses you own, represent, or are otherwise authorized to research. You won’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to Findelle’s systems, or use the service to build a competing product from our outputs.

• Don’t use Findelle to generate or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, or infringes anyone’s rights — including fake reviews or misleading claims about a business.
• Don’t impersonate another business or person, or research a business in order to harass it.
• Don’t submit malware, attempt to overload the service, or scrape it with automated tools.
• Don’t resell or share account access outside your organisation without our written permission.

AI-generated content

Some Findelle features use AI models to generate content for you — for example fix recommendations, schema and llms.txt drafts, review replies, and content drafts. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to output produced for others. Review it before you use or publish it; you are responsible for what you publish and for making sure it is accurate and lawful.

Subject to these terms, you may use the content Findelle generates for you for your business. Don’t use generated content for any of the prohibited uses listed under Acceptable use.

About the AI-generated results

Findelle’s scores, citations, and answers reflect what the underlying AI platforms returned at the time we asked. We don’t control those platforms, and their answers can and do change between scans — sometimes for reasons unrelated to anything you’ve changed. We don’t promise guaranteed citations, a specific score, or instant AI ranking, and our recommendations are guidance, not guarantees of outcome.

Intellectual property

Findelle and its software, design, and content (excluding your own business data and the third-party AI platforms’ outputs) belong to us. You keep ownership of the business information you submit. We may use aggregated, de-identified data (data that doesn’t identify you or your business) to improve Findelle’s checks and recommendations.

Third-party services

Findelle relies on third-party services to operate — including Supabase, Paddle, Resend, Inngest, and the AI platforms listed above. Your use of Findelle is also subject to those providers’ own terms where applicable (for example, Paddle’s Buyer Terms govern the payment itself). We’re not responsible for outages or changes on their end, though we’ll do our best to keep things running smoothly.

Disclaimers

Findelle is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it accurate and reliable, but we don’t guarantee any particular uptime, and we don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-platform results will meet your expectations. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that can’t be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Findelle isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using Findelle and cancel your subscription at any time as described above. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the service, or don’t pay for a subscribed plan. Where it’s reasonable, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Findelle evolves. We’ll update the "last updated" date above when we do, and we’ll let existing customers know by email if a change is significant.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The courts at Lahore, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms, unless the law of the country you live in gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
