Which review platforms can I connect?
Google connects live in minutes — that’s where most businesses have the most reviews. You can also bring in Trustpilot today by uploading a CSV export; it feeds the same pipeline that builds your profile, themes and FAQs. More live connections are on the roadmap. If a platform you rely on is missing, tell us — demand decides the order.
Do I need Monitor to use Reputation?
No. Reputation works on its own — you add your business, connect reviews, and go. If you do run both, they share one business record and feed each other: Monitor suggests competitors from real AI answers, and your reputation work counts in Monitor’s audit.
Will AI actually quote my reviews?
Here’s the honest version: engines that search the live web — Perplexity, Google’s AI answers, Copilot — can read structured, public reputation data and cite it. Engines answering purely from training data update more slowly. Reputation makes your reputation as readable and quotable as it can be; it can’t force any engine’s hand, and we won’t pretend otherwise.
What happens when someone leaves a bad review?
With review campaigns, every customer can also send you a private note, and a low rating alerts you straight away, so you can reach out and put things right. We never hide the public review option from unhappy customers — that’s against Google’s rules. For reviews already out there, Reputation tracks your themes and flags recurring concerns so nothing festers unseen.
Is the Findelle Certified badge earned or bought?
Earned, and only earned: a 4.0+ aggregate rating across at least 10 reviews, re-checked every month. Slip below the bar and the badge revokes itself automatically. That’s the point — a badge that can be lost is a badge worth trusting.
Does Reputation write fake content or reviews?
Never. Everything Reputation drafts is built from reviews you’ve actually received and details you’ve actually provided — and the generators are hard-coded to refuse invented credentials, outcome claims, and superlatives. You approve every word before it’s published. No fake reviews, ever.
I don’t have a website. Does any of this work for me?
Yes — arguably best of all. The Reputation Profile is hosted by Findelle at a public address, so it needs no website. The directory builder and review campaigns don’t either. Your reputation becomes readable without you building a site first.
