What Findelle is
Findelle builds software that helps businesses measure and improve how they appear in AI-generated recommendations. Ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Perplexity to recommend a business in a given category, and Findelle checks whether that answer names you — then gives you a ranked list of what to fix if it doesn’t.
The product has two parts: Monitor, which tracks AI citations and the AI Readiness signals behind them, and Reputation, which tracks review ratings and themes across review platforms. Both work whether or not a business has a website.
